Throughout her career, Toni has been a passionate advocate for expanding opportunities within the construction industry, helping build stronger relationships between contractors, communities, and organizations. Her work continues to promote growth, accountability, and meaningful engagement across the industry. 

As Jesse Jackson Jr. shared during the event, “As contractors, we build not only the literal buildings, but also the community, culture and the people around it.”
