We're proud to share that Neil Offerman, Senior Project Manager, will represent Berglund Construction on the Choose DuPage Board of Directors, helping shape the future of economic development in the region.
“Neil has been a trusted part of the Berglund team for years. He’s known for working well with others, tackling challenges head-on, and always striving for top-quality results. With his ability to bring people together and keep projects moving, he’s a great fit to represent us as we grow our presence in DuPage County,” stated Jeff Berglund, President, Building Division.
With two office locations in the Chicagoland area—our headquarters in Chicago and a corporate office in Westmont—we maintain an active presence in DuPage County through our Westmont location. Over the years, we've been proud to contribute to the region through landmark projects like the DuPage County Historical Museum and Naperville’s Centennial Beach—helping to quite literally build DuPage County.
Now, through our involvement with Choose DuPage, we extend our impact beyond construction—supporting local business growth, job creation, and regional development initiatives. Neil’s position on the board is a reflection of our broader goal: to not only build exceptional spaces, but to play an active role in shaping a strong, thriving DuPage for generations to come.
"I’m proud to represent Berglund on the Choose DuPage board. It’s a great opportunity to help strengthen our local community and support growth in DuPage County,” stated Neil Offerman, Senior Project Manager. “For us, it’s not just about construction—it’s about making a real difference in the places we call home.”
We’re excited for what lies ahead and proud to have Neil lead the way.
