This marks Berglund’s first companywide role dedicated to supporting succession planning, leadership development, career growth, and the acquisition of the industry’s best talent. 

Leslie brings more than 25 years of experience in talent management, learning and development, and organizational development. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about developing people, strengthening leadership capability, and building talent systems that directly support business strategy. 

What drew Leslie to Berglund Construction was the company’s strong legacy, commitment to craftsmanship and community, and the momentum being created as Berglund grows into new regions and prepares for the future. 

Known for developing effective teams and implementing practical solutions, Leslie is passionate about helping others enhance their skills and performance by challenging, changing, and championing beliefs and behaviors. Her leadership will play an important role in aligning people, processes, and business strategy across the company.
