We are proud to announce the promotion of Neil Offerman to Director, Illinois Region.

Since joining Berglund Construction in 2012, Neil has been instrumental in delivering exceptional projects for some of Illinois’ most respected healthcare and institutional clients. His leadership and technical expertise have contributed to successful work with the University of Chicago, Mercy Hospital, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, the Griffin Museum of Science and Industry, Carle Foundation Hospital, the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and Lockport High School District 205, among others.

In his new role, Neil will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leading projects across Illinois with a focus on the healthcare and institutional markets. From early planning and preconstruction through groundbreaking and project completion, he will continue to uphold Berglund’s commitment to transparency, collaboration, and client-first service.
