Berglund Construction is proud to announce two leadership appointments that reinforce our commitment to growth, innovation, and long-term client partnerships. 

Alex Lulinski has been named Senior Vice President of our Building Division. 

Alex joined Berglund in 2007 and has played a central role in guiding many of our most important projects. In his new role, he will provide executive leadership and strategic direction, working with teams that deliver complex projects in commercial, healthcare, education, multifamily, and institutional markets. Alex’s leadership ensures Berglund continues to raise the bar in service and execution. 

Scott Giba has been appointed Vice President of Preconstruction & Development. 

Scott began his career with Berglund in 2002 and has been instrumental in shaping our preconstruction services. In this role, he will lead our preconstruction and client development efforts, aligning estimating and planning expertise with the early needs of our clients. By bringing business development and preconstruction together, Scott is ensuring that every project starts with clarity, collaboration, and confidence - setting the stage for successful outcomes. 

Together, Alex and Scott strengthen Berglund’s leadership team and position the company for continued growth. Their expanded roles demonstrate our focus on investing in people who deliver lasting value to our clients and communities.
