Project Overview

Renovation of existing pharmacies per the new USP 797/800 regulatory guidelines at the Hyde Park, Orland Park, and Silver Cross campuses. The pharmacies will be converted into new negative air pressure clean rooms with dedicated ventilation systems to increase safety and protection of handling, producing, and storing of hazardous compounds for pharmacy workers, healthcare staff, and patients. The scope of work includes new upgraded HVAC with dedicated exhaust systems, air and room pressure monitoring with dedicated building automation controls systems, plumbing, and electrical upgrades, and new healthcare equipment and cleanroom finishes.
