Project Overview

Berglund Construction performed a full remodel of Swedish Covenant Hospital's existing emergency room. The project was broken into four phases with the completion of phase one being June 2017 and the completion of phase four being October 2018. Phase one included updating the radiology space, two radiology rooms and support space. The ER now includes 10 new acute care rooms and two nurse stations for staff support. During phase, one all the new air handling units, hot water pumps and MEPFP infrastructure were installed.
