Berglund Construction is proud to recognize Toni Graham, Director of Community Initiatives, on her appointment as Assistant Treasurer for the Professional Women in Construction Chicago Chapter’s 2026–2027 term. 

In her role at Berglund, Toni strengthens relationships with community organizations, industry partners, and educational institutions while supporting workforce development and expanding access to careers in construction. She is a respected female leader across all of Berglund’s regions, known for bringing people together and turning ideas into meaningful opportunities. 

As Assistant Treasurer, Toni will serve alongside PWC Chicago’s incoming Board Officers to support the Chapter’s mission of advancing women in architecture, engineering, and construction through professional connections, leadership opportunities, and industry engagement. 

“I’m excited and honored to serve as Assistant Treasurer for the 2026–2027 term,” Toni said. “I’m looking forward to working with this great group of leaders and supporting the continued growth and impact of PWC Chicago.”
