Berglund has completed the first phase of our project for Milwaukee Public Schools. This phase focused on installing new ceilings and lighting in every classroom on all three levels, new HVAC controls, and new windows throughout the entire school. The second phase has already commenced and revolves around ceiling and lighting replacement in the corridors and RTU replacements. While procurement of materials has been a challenge due to the Coronavirus pandemic, our team has been able to overcome this challenge by making adjustments while keeping key trades on schedule. These upgrades have increased the overall aesthetics of the school and will provide energy savings on a yearly basis.
