Jeff Berglund Joins 548 Auxiliary Board
Berglund Construction is proud to announce that President Jeff Berglund has been appointed to the 548 Auxiliary Board, further strengthening his commitment to an organization that is transforming lives through workforce development, education, and community partnerships.
The 548 Foundation is dedicated to creating pathways to meaningful careers by connecting individuals with education, training, and employment opportunities. Through innovative programming and collaboration with employers, educators, and community leaders, the Foundation helps prepare the next generation of skilled professionals while addressing the evolving needs of today’s workforce.
As a member of the 548 Auxiliary Board, Jeff will collaborate with industry and community leaders to help advance workforce development strategies that address employer needs while expanding access to career opportunities. Having grown his career at Berglund Construction from an assistant project manager to President, Jeff brings firsthand experience in the importance of mentorship, skill development, and career pathways that allow individuals to grow and succeed. He will provide valuable insight into workforce trends, talent development, and employer needs while supporting initiatives that strengthen connections between education, training, and employment.
