The Danish Home of Chicago has been providing senior care services since 1891. As a way to better serve their residents, they engaged our team to complete phased renovations to modernize their community in Norwood Park. The work consisting of Phase 1 and Phase 2 updates, involved the demolition and renovation of the second floor on the south side of the building. Spanning 2,500 square feet, the updates included the modernization of four residential rooms with the addition bathrooms, and two new utility rooms.
