Project Overview

Berglund completed the construction phase for the City of St. Charles to renovate the 40,000 sqft Century Station building adjacent to the Municipal Center Campus. Completed plans include the city’s information systems department, records storage, training facilities and space for future growth. The existing facility will also house the fire prevention department and fire department’s administration and training facility.
