Project Overview

Berglund Construction performed a 5,800-sqft renovation of the existing Winfield Branch Library. The entire job was completed from start to finish in two months. The scope of work included completion of interior demolition; new interior metal framing; and all new electrical, plumbing and HVAC.

The new space consists of a large general library area, small café, office, workroom, IT closet, restrooms, storage rooms, staff prep area, kitchenette and large meeting room. It also features small build-out areas for teens, youth and small children. New finishes were installed including lighting, carpet, Vinyl Composite Tile (VC) and Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) flooring and new exterior illuminated signage.
