The renovation included a complete interior buildout with demolition, new partitions and coordinated MEP rough-ins, along with a new steel-framed storefront and entry screen featuring wood and glass panel infill.

A significant portion of the work centered on detailed architectural finishes and custom fabrication, including booth seating, millwork, new countertops, brick veneer and interior masonry repairs. Stainless steel bar trim and shelving were polished to a #8 mirror finish, adding a distinctive high-end detail to the space.

Berglund also installed new lighting and food service equipment and replaced finishes throughout the restaurant, including carpet, LVT, tile, wallpaper and paint. Restrooms received new tiled walls and flooring as part of the comprehensive interior renovation.
