Berglund Construction has successfully completed the Van Vleck Hall Exterior Envelope Revitalization at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. This project encompassed concrete patching, window sealant and glazing replacement, and the renewal of expansion joint sealant and soffits, significantly enhancing the building’s durability and aesthetic. Our efforts have not only preserved this iconic structure but also optimized its energy efficiency and structural integrity for future generations.
