The construction of the new building heralds a new chapter for the U of I Foundation, as the project unifies staff in a single location in Champaign-Urbana.

Project Overview

The construction of the new building marks the beginning of a new era for the U of I Foundation, bringing staff together in a single location in Champaign-Urbana.

The Foundation’s new 60,000-square-foot building features a forward-thinking, flexible design that reflects a modern work environment. In addition to employee workspaces, the building includes areas for hosting alumni and friends, highlighted by a beautiful, welcoming atrium and a third-floor indoor/outdoor space with a terrace overlooking campus. The building also serves as a learning hub for the entire University of Illinois advancement community, providing space for peer-to-peer collaboration, training, and professional development.

The building will serve as a destination for collaboration and engagement. We are honored to lead the construction of this project fulfilling the needs and the vision of the University of Illinois Foundation.”
