Project Overview

The construction of the new building marks the beginning of a new era for the U of I Foundation as the project will bring staff together in a single location in Champaign-Urbana.

The Foundation’s new 60,000 square-foot building will feature a forward-thinking, flexible design that represents a modern work environment. In addition to employee workspaces, the building will include space for hosting alumni and friends including a beautiful and welcoming atrium and a third-floor indoor/outdoor space with a terrace featuring an excellent view of campus. The building will also serve as a learning hub for the entire University of Illinois advancement community with space for peer-to-peer collaboration, training, and professional development.

The building will serve as a destination for collaboration and engagement. We are honored to lead the construction of this project fulfilling the needs and the vision of the University of Illinois Foundation.”
