University of Illinois Foundation Headquarters is an administration center for the University of Illinois Foundation to be constructed within the Fox Research Park Development along the south edge of campus. Exterior façade is largely brick veneer panels & curtainwall, with metal panel soffits at each floor, including a canopy walk along with north & east elevations of the building. Within the interior, current design calls for large meeting room & office to take up most of the first floor with private & open offices on floors two and three. A segmented atrium stair is currently within design to provide large gathering spaces on each floor with a skylight bringing natural light down to each floor. Third floor will also include an employee gathering space that walks out to an outdoor terrace. Finishes within the building are under review but set to include glass partitions looking out from meeting rooms & office spaces, carpet & linear LED lighting in the open office areas, LVT & vinyl wallcoverings at office corridors, and premier finishes (terrazzo flooring, wood veneer paneling, wood slat ceilings, chandelier/ specialty fixture lighting) at the atrium spaces along each floor.
