Rehabilitation and restoration of former Fred Harvey restaurant that was damaged in a fire. Work included historic openings to Clinton St. and Great Hall, MEP rough-in, colonnade lighting, mezzanine level with elevators and partial finishes in the new retail space for future retail operator
