Project Overview

Berglund successfully executed a comprehensive renovation project at the Anona United Methodist Church in Largo, Florida, breathing new life into this cherished place of worship. The focal point of the project revolved around the transformation of the traditional sanctuary chancel to create a more inclusive and accommodating space for all members of the choir.

In addition to this significant alteration, Berglund undertook several other essential upgrades and improvements. A sidewalk was skillfully relocated to enhance accessibility, ensuring that the church was welcoming to all. The project also encompassed the installation of new drywall projection walls, carpeting, and a fresh coat of paint, revitalizing the interior aesthetics of the church.

Furthermore, Berglund's dedication to accessibility was further demonstrated through the construction of an ADA-compliant ramp, making it easier for individuals with mobility challenges to access the church facilities. Interior oak handrails were meticulously installed, not only ensuring safety but also adding a touch of elegance to the church's interior.

The choir loft received panels that complemented the overall design while providing functionality, and a decorative railing was added, contributing to the church's aesthetics. The completed renovation project breathed new life into Anona United Methodist Church, making it a more inclusive, welcoming, and aesthetically pleasing place of worship for its congregation and community members.
