Project Overview

12,000 sqft, mixed use building housing a gymnasium and support facilities as well as parish offices, parish conference center, commercial kitchen, ticket booth, coat check and coat storage, equipment storage area and support services.

A lean-to Butler Building adjacent to the gymnasium also houses men’s and women’s washrooms, storage and a fully functional kitchen to house concessions. By using the mixture of building methods and materials the client was able to keep the finish of the new office building consistent with the existing adjacent church and rectory while achieving the square footage for the gymnasium with The Butler Building.

This was a GMP contract as a Design Build and mechanical requirements. The project site had tight logistics working within a residential setting.
