Berglund was engaged by Roberts Temple Church of God in Christ and The National Trust for Historic Preservation to conduct temporary stabilization work, exterior masonry pointing and patching, roof patching, sealant repairs, and installation of interior protection. Berglund continues to work with the client and team through preconstruction for a multi-phase restoration of the building to it’s historic appearance. Restoration of the State Street façade, including historic window repairs and replication, are anticipated to occur in 2024.
