Project Overview

Berglund Construction performed the removal of existing tile floor, substrate, and finishes at The Warwick Condominium pool. Concrete repairs were also performed on the deck and below the pool. Installation of new lights, wiring and power for pool & mechanical equipment were installed and Berglund also replaced the pool gutter, liner, piping, equipment and all spa equipment.
