Berglund managed the renovation of a small outpatient care center, a children’s pavilion, and an adult facility for Acadia Healthcare in the heart of Chicago. The adult 1960s era facility underwent major MEPFP infrastructure upgrades and standards updates.
Our team worked closely with Acadia Healthcare during the preconstruction phase, providing investigative work, target value cost analysis, and extensive collaboration with the design team.
