Berglund completed various building upgrades for the Milwaukee River Flushing Station. Our team replaced glass while keeping existing window frames, replaced the exterior staircase and railings of the Colectivo Coffee Shop, and painted interior plaster walls while the coffee shop remained fully open. This project required extensive coordination due to the building’s location in a high-traffic area.
