Project Overview

Berglund has provided construction services on a multi-phased project spanning two summers for Milwaukee Public Schools. The first phase of the project focused on installing new ceilings and lighting in every classroom on all three levels, new HVAC controls, and new windows throughout the entire school. The second phase includes ceiling and lighting replacement in the school's corridors along with RTU replacements. These upgrades will increase the overall aesthetics of the school and provide energy savings on a yearly basis.
