Project Overview

Berglund provided construction management services for the construction of the new Michigan City Showplace 14 Kerasotes Theater. Construction of the theater included stadium seating, working stations, state-of-the-art projection, digital sound and tile flooring installation. The entire project was fast-tracked and took seven months to construct.
