Project Overview

The Methodist Southlake Campus Women’s Services project is a 9,280 sqft interior renovation of an existing labor and delivery unit. The project was broken into three phases of construction. We renovated ten small post partum rooms and made them into six larger postpartum rooms. We also are renovating six labor and delivery rooms, two triage rooms, and several common areas that include two nurses’ stations, staff breakroom, multi purpose room, an on call room for staff, and a unit manager’s office. Scope includes demo of existing, new MEP systems and all new finishes.
