Project Overview

Berglund Construction's involvement in a detailed masonry restoration project included grinding and pointing all brick masonry and grinding and caulking all limestone masonry. The work also entailed recaulking all vertical control joints in the masonry, along with roof counterflashing in areas slated for tuckpointing. Further, the project required meticulous cleaning of both limestone and brick surfaces.
