Project Overview

The project was required to upgrade the mechanical systems from an old pneumatic temperature control system to a new building automated control system with an upgraded and much more efficient air handler. Outdated and asbestos lab furnishings and equipment were replaced along with the finishes to bring the teaching labs up to current state of the art status. The university also had a need for a cadaver lab, which was captured by this project.

The project included interior renovation work on three floors and large mechanical upgrades in the mechanical basement and on the roof top. Interior renovations included demolition, new metal & drywall and masonry walls, ceilings and LED light fixtures throughout, flooring, doors & hardware, painting, lab casework & equipment, miscellaneous accessories throughout.
