Structure is a water treatment plant with improvements of the administrative space on the second floor. Interior renovations include MEPs, new office buildouts, painting, flooring, etc. Scope also includes site work. A major project challenge included moisture mitigation due to the fact the the entire building sits on top of a giant water tank.
