Project Overview

Commonwealth REIT, Inc. hired Berglund to provide preconstruction and construction services to modernize two buildings: 111 East Wacker Drive and 233 North Michigan. The work scope included renovating the plazas and pedway systems of both buildings, including new stairways, escalators and canopies. Plaza renovations included the installation of new pavers, planters and seating areas.
