Prime scaffolding installed a canopy over the churches main door with a scaffolding system around the bell tower & up to the highest roof level. Coordination between roofer and scaffolding sub was required. Removal of existing terracotta tiles on roof outside of project scope was completed to facilitate scaffolding install. BCC preformed 100 SF of brick replacement at the upper level of the tower, with the remaining SF being ground and repointed. BCC coordinated the abatement and removal of the existing window system, with replacement of the window lintels. Reinstallation of new window system followed. Jones and Cleary was on site removing entire existing roofing system and reinstalling a matching terra cotta roof system. All work was preformed to mitigate water infiltration issues church is experiencing.
