Project Overview

Berglund performed restoration repairs to the Gerald W. Heaney Federal Building in Duluth. The scope of work included repairs and restoration to the terra cotta cornice, replacement of terra cotta units, patching, coating, and glazing. Our team also performed work on the concrete roof deck, brick masonry repairs, and installed new copper roof panels. To complete this work, we utilized pipe scaffolding and swing stages to access areas.
