Berglund's Florida team has completed a dietary renovation at BayCare Health System in Tampa, Florida. The project consisted of a complete renovation of an existing 9,000 sqft dining, serving, kitchen, and dish wash area that provides patient meals and food service for the hospital.

The renovation was phased to maintain operations of the existing facility during the duration of the project. This new renovation provides the kitchen with all new foodservice equipment including dishwashing, serving, food prep, cold storage, and cleaning/janitorial.

The project included the installation of three new captive air hoods with all-new rooftop units to service the area. The serving and dining room consists of many architectural features including floating ceilings, decorative wall tile, vinyl wall coverings and graphics, and multiple patterns of floor tile. At completion, this project will serve as the food service hub for the hospital and allow for future expansion as the hospital grows.
