Berglund’s healthcare team successfully completed a multi-phased renovation of Northwestern Medicine’s Center for Surgery of the Hand clinic in suite 700 of the 737 N. Michigan Ave high rise building. The project was completed in three phases in order to keep the clinic open during the entire course of construction and minimize disruption to the clinic’s daily operations to serve their patient’s needs. Proper infection control procedures and constant communications with the user groups were key to the project’s success. In addition to the full gut construction renovation scope the Berglund team helped coordinate the new medical equipment installation with Walsh Consulting Group and the tel / data systems upgrades completed by NM’s Information Technology team.
