Project Overview

Berglund has successfully completed the next phase of construction at Carle at The Fields in Champaign, Illinois; Project Y. This project included three adjacent buildings that stand in the northwest section of Carle at The Fields; a one-story 45,000 sqft Ambulatory Surgery Center, a two-story 80,000 sqft Specialties Medical Office Building, and a two-story 70,000 sqft Christie Clinic Medical Office Building. Construction on the Ambulatory Surgery Center completed in October 2018, Christie Clinic Medical Office Building completed in December 2018, and Specialty Medical Office Building completed in March 2019. Project Y ended at a grand total of $75 million across these three complex healthcare facilities.
