Project Overview

The University Village Hall is a four-story structure which consists of three different residential wings surrounding the core area that contains the management offices, gathering spaces and study rooms. The building accommodates 369 students in 99 furnished apartment suites. The structure contains two and four bedroom suites, four meeting rooms and a large outdoor patio. To create more of a friendly atmosphere, a separate community center for the residents was built between two family housing structures.
