Project Overview

Berglund Construction was selected to execute an extensive building envelope repair project covering an expansive area of 200,000 sqft. The multifaceted scope of work encompasses low-sloped roof replacements, high-sloped roof coating, and comprehensive exterior masonry wall repairs.

Additionally, the project includes the installation of vital components such as coping flashing, end dams at shelf angle flashing, sheet metal sill caps, as well as brick replacement and meticulous mortar repointing. Stone patching and thorough masonry and concrete cleaning are integral to this restoration effort.

To enhance the building’s durability and resilience, the application of a clear water repellent and precision joint sealant installation form crucial elements of this professional undertaking.
