The transformation of the Blue Chip deli into “Infusion” involved a comprehensive interior renovation, starting with the complete demolition of all existing structures. This extensive overhaul included the installation of new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems (MEP’s) to ensure modern functionality and efficiency. Additionally, the kitchen was outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment to support the restaurant’s new focus. “Infusion” is designed as a breakfast-oriented establishment, catering primarily to morning patrons with a menu centered around coffee and breakfast sandwiches. The renovation not only modernized the space but also redefined its purpose, creating a welcoming environment for early risers looking for a quality breakfast experience.
