Project Overview

Berglund Construction remodeled an 8,000 sqft space that is occupied with doctors, patients, and staff. The scope of work includes demolition of flooring, walls, HVAC, lighting, and plumbing systems. The remodel includes a new waiting room, offices, and a patient consultation area. These spaces now include new flooring, paint, custom millwork, restrooms, RTU’s, and glazing.
