Project Overview

Berglund Construction completed the restoration and roof replacement of the Technological Institute A-Wing at Northwestern University. The scope of work included tuckpointing the north, west, and south elevations removing and rebuilding window headers made of large limestone pieces.

The second phase of the project included the complete removal of the existing roof and replaced it with abnew EPDM roof, walk pads, safety rails, ladders, and a new architectural metal panel system.
