Project Overview

Berglund Construction focused on repairs on the east, west, and partially at the south elevations of the building. At the east and west elevations, our work included concrete repairs, route, and sealing, minor grinding/tuckpointing, and applying traffic coating to 53 balconies, all done through swing stage. Following this, Continental applied waterproof coatings to all balcony concrete and EIFS. Berglund plans to install waterproof roofing membranes on protruding concrete ledges. Additionally, they conducted EIFS and concrete repairs, route and sealing, and painting at the penthouse and 4th floor terrace. On the south elevation, JP Philips conducted EIFS repairs on the parking garage wall, with Continental set to paint it.
