Project Overview

Berglund Construction contributed expertise in doing facade renovations for this project. They performed multiple repairs on all elevations of a multi-story building utilizing swing stages. Our team executed concrete repairs, including vertical surfaces, slab edges and the removal of davit anchors. We also undertook parex and EIFS repairs, which ensured a seamless finish with painting. A crucial aspect of their work involved sealant replacement, covering 100% of windows, curtain walls, various joints: concrete to concrete, concrete to EIFS, and metal to EIFS, enhancing the building’s aesthetic appeal.
