Project Overview

Berglund Construction expertly restored a vintage art deco tower in Chicago's Gold Coast, originally designed by Philip Maher. The project included painting of wood and aluminum window frames, limestone repairs and replacements, sealant fixes, brick replacement, and tuckpointing. The facade was cleaned using 17 swing stage drops, and the fire escape was also fully cleaned and painted, revitalizing this historic landmark with precision and care.
