Project Overview

Berglund was contracted for the restoration and renovation at 1130 South Michigan Ave., for the owner, Draper and Kramer. Berglund provided construction services in renovating the offices and restoring the exterior masonry, storefront replacement and loading dock renovation. The interior design boasts a lobby that features multi-color marble floors, several different custom lighting fixtures, marble encased columns, multiple wood veneer paneling, wood veneer, granite private offices and glass reception area. Berglund self-performed 35% of all construction on this project.
