The Chestnut Row Homes will provide unique single-family rental residences in the heart of downtown Chicago. Located at the corner of Clark and Chestnut Streets, these seven new row homes represent a contemporary interpretation of the 1880s Italianate homes found in the surrounding Gold Coast historic district.
