We are excited to share that Jeff Nosich has been named Director of Multifamily at Berglund Construction.

Over the past two years, Jeff has built strong momentum for Berglund in the affordable housing and multifamily markets, applying what we do best to serve these important communities. He has led our pursuit strategy and preconstruction efforts for major projects, including Galleria 89, a new 46-unit development on Chicago’s Southeast Side.

A licensed architect and 20-year industry veteran, Jeff is known for bringing creative, practical solutions to help our developer partners navigate challenges and deliver successful projects. In this role, he will continue to be a trusted advisor to developers, focusing on business development, preconstruction, and guiding projects to successful completion through operations.
