Berglund Construction Opens Wisconsin Division

Berglund is expanding! And this time, into Wisconsin. This is Berglund’s 7th regional office and 6th in the Midwest. After 15 years of working on restoration projects in the state of Wisconsin, we have been able to establish roots in Milwaukee and better serve our clients.

Berglund found a need in the Wisconsin marketplace for a contractor with our experience and expertise in difficult restoration projects. Our Wisconsin office will provide a range of services to our new and existing clients. Additionally, we want to continue to be the foremost expert in historic restoration in the Midwest, and Wisconsin presents many opportunities to maintain this practice.

Berglund’s primary focus will be exterior façade /envelope repair and projects with additional attention to historic structures. Other areas of focus include masonry restoration, building cleaning, concrete restoration, expansion joint and sealant replacement, plaza deck restoration, waterproofing, injection repairs, structural repairs, and assisting in and performing façade inspections.

Currently, Berglund has 12 awarded projects in Wisconsin.
