Project Overview

Berglund Construction provided phased construction services to renovate an existing kitchen for Advent Health Zephyrhills. The work consisted of equipment and finish upgrades and replacement of the existing HVAC ductwork and AHU. The entire existing floor slab in the kitchen area was removed and replaced to accommodate the replacement of underground utilities. During construction, a temporary kitchen was setup to maintain operations during the shutdown.
