Berglund Construction completed the construction of the 10,000 sqft building addition to the Joliet Area Community Hospice. The addition is comprised of 12 new patient rooms, nurse stations, a spa, a solace room, and a new generator. Additionally, our team completed 20,000 sqft of interior renovations to the existing building including the reception / lobby area, nurse stations, commercial kitchen, commercial laundry, counseling rooms, conference room, and multi-family gathering and dining rooms. Civil improvements included a new parking lot, pond expansion, and new landscaping.
