Berglund was employed for the renovation of a the existing University of Chicago Medicine Physical Therapy treatment facility. Project consists of a new iA Central Fill Pharmacy with supports spaces, Infusion Treatment Facility, and office space. Complete renovation of existing MEPFP infrastructure including new RTUs and a new roof. This project will be BIM Coordinated due to the complexity of the new MEPFP required for the Central Fill Pharmacy by owner vendor.
